Your data and information are never passed on, sold or swapped for marketing purposes.   When you use this website and have a reading, you consent to the collection of your personal data and information, including cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2. Recording

Regarding recorded readings:

Purpose: The purpose of recording sessions is to provide you with a copy for personal and private review of your reading from Paula Rita.

Consent: Your consent must be freely given, informed, and obtained via a clear, affirmative action before the session begins. 

Data Usage: The recording is for your use only and will not be sold, published, or shared with third parties.

Storage & Deletion: The file will be stored securely for about one week and then permanently deleted.

Withdrawal: Clients can request to stop the recording at any time or request deletion of a recorded file by emailing me. 

Please be assured if you request an audio and video recording, Paula Rita will not share it with anyone else.

Client Agreement

You understand that all mediumship, intuitive, or spiritual services by Paula Rita offered are intended for entertainment, personal insight, and spiritual reflection purposes only and are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Refund Policy

Full payment is required prior to a session. All sessions are Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note EST in relation to your time zone. A refund will not be provided for time zone mistakes.

If you are unable to attend your booked service you may cancel or reschedule the session by using the online booking, or please send an email to paularita1422@gmail.com. For a refund (minus the administration fee), please provide a notice 48 hours before a cancellation.

If you do not show up for your reading you will not receive a refund. I will wait for 15 minutes after the beginning of your scheduled session. After 15 minutes I will end the session and you will need to re-book.

In an unforeseen circumstance or emergency, Paula Rita may reschedule or cancel a session. She will provide you email notice as soon as possible.

I reserve the right to change the date or time of your scheduled session.
