I am Paula Rita, and my life has been shaped by the quiet whisper of spirit—a presence I felt as a child long before I understood its language. While the world around me often felt unfamiliar, the unseen world felt like home. Spirit walked beside me, guiding me gently toward the path I was always meant to follow.

My journey has woven through years of ballet, music, and parochial school, gifts that taught me how to listen deeply, move with intention, and feel the divine breath within the natural world. Though I spent many years working in technology as a systems analyst, my soul continued to call me back to the world of spirit.

Profound losses between 1999 and 2001 opened a doorway. With the loss of my late husband, my parents, and my two Yorkshire terriers stepping into the next world, the veil around me began to thin—objects moved, messages appeared, and spirit manifested in ways I could no longer ignore. These experiences pushed me into a fuller awakening, urging me to honor the abilities I had hidden for so long.

This calling led me to teachers, circles, and sanctuaries of spiritual learning—from spiritualist churches in Massachusetts to The Journey Within in New Jersey, and eventually to the historic Arthur Findlay College in England, where I trained with renowned mediums including Tony Stockwell, Simone Key, Lynn Probert, and later mentored for ten months by International British medium Paul Jacobs.

I continue to deepen my connection through trance mediumship, allowing spirit to blend with me in voice and presence.

Today, I serve as a Verified Evidential Medium with Very Soul, offering evidential mediumship, animal communication, and healing work. I feel most alive when the worlds blend—when the love of spirit moves through me to reach someone who needs comfort, clarity, or healing.

I also hold certifications in Shamballa and Holy Fire Reiki, and I approach each reading as a sacred act of healing. My connection extends to the natural world as well—crows, a raven, a loyal squirrel, and a gentle groundhog all visit me, companions from the spirit-infused landscape that surrounds my home by the forest and lake.

My path has included service in hospice and countless hours of sitting in the power, meditation, and disciplined study. Mediumship, to me, is a lifelong devotion—a weaving of love, light, and evidence that reminds us that no one is ever truly lost.

My intention is always the same: to be a clear and perfect channel, guided by the light, in service to spirit and to you.
