Client Agreement

You understand that all mediumship, intuitive, or spiritual services by Paula Rita offered are intended for entertainment, personal insight, and spiritual reflection purposes only and are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Refund Policy

Full payment is required prior to a session. All sessions are Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note EST in relation to your time zone. A refund will not be provided for time zone mistakes.

If you are unable to attend your booked service you may cancel or reschedule the session by using the online booking, or please send an email to paularita1422@gmail.com. For a refund (minus the administration fee), please provide a notice 48 hours before a cancellation.

If you do not show up for your reading you will not receive a refund. I will wait for 15 minutes after the beginning of your scheduled session. After 15 minutes I will end the session and you will need to re-book.

In an unforeseen circumstance or emergency, Paula Rita may reschedule or cancel a session. She will provide you email notice as soon as possible.

I reserve the right to change the date or time of your scheduled session.

I am committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and all sensitive data disclosed before and during a reading is treated as highly confidential.

Type of data: name, email, phone number, and cookies.

Purpose: Primarily for scheduling and communicating with you.

Use of cookies: Cookies are essential for the website to function properly, recall your settings, and enhance performance.

Your data and information are stored by Paula Rita and are never passed on, sold or swapped for marketing purposes.

Payment: Payment can be made by Stripe, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. Each have their own Privacy Policy for your protection.

Recording: Recordings are for your personal use only and will not be sold, published, or shared with third parties. Files are stored securely for about one week then permanently deleted. Recording is optional.

Policy Revisions: This policy is effective from March 1st, 2026. Paula Rita may update this policy from time to time.

Age of Consent: By using Paula Rita's services, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age.

Mediumship Services Waiver

Electronic Acceptance: By checking the acknowledgment box, you agree that your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a handwritten signature.
