1. May I record my session?

I will be happy to record your session. Your recording will be sent to your email address you provide. Recordings are not shared and this is for you only.

I do not use cards in my readings on Zoom. I offer 3 oracle cards to choose from 3 different angel decks for in person readings only. I do not use tarot cards.

Animals in Spirit: I connect to your animal in spirit the same way I connect to your loved ones who have passed to spirit. Your animal provides to me evidence that you will truly recognize from their life on earth. Their communication will provide such healing and comfort as they so want you to know they are still around you way more than you would ever know.

On occasion I offer a reading for a donation instead of standard rates. If you are having financial hardship and your circumstances only allow you to make a donation.

Payment Information

Payment in full is required upon booking. 

  • All prices in U.S. Dollars. Please calculate the exchange rate if you pay with Square, Venmo, Zelle, Stripe.
  • All times are Eastern Standard Time U.S. Please adjust accordingly
  • All clients will receive a confirmation email upon booking.

If you have questions pertaining to yourself where you continue to ruminate over and over again about your physical life then I can offer you psychic Guidance. Our Self-Awareness helps recognize we already have the answers within our higher self and we have the capabilities to steer our own ship with intuition, confidence and soul awareness.

A Psychic Reading is not about predicting the future. A Psychic Reading is really about finding purpose in your life’s journey and aligning our energy for expanded awareness.

Please be aware I do not connect with your loved ones in a Psychic Reading and I am not a fortune teller. Psychic Guidance is all about you dear one and helps you realize what you may be missing in your life’s journey. The best way to prepare for your reading is to be at peace within yourself. Please schedule a reading when you are not rushed for time and you feel calm and open to hearing from your loved ones. This is a sacred experience.

If you have booked the reading for yourself please be in a space where you are alone and will not be disturbed during the reading. 

I will not read for people who are driving in their car, eating, walking around, or loud noises in the background.

Expectations:

The best expectations are no expectations because we never can be sure who will pop in and you should be open to spirits coming in that you didn’t expect. Sometimes spirits come in to apologize, or to let you know they support what you are doing or just to let you know they are around you and they are doing fine and maybe who they are with on the other side and to let you know they are aware of major events going on in your life. 

The spirit world is very intelligent and your spirit family knows you are waiting to hear from them. So I always ask: Hold someone near and dear to your heart that you” truly truly truly “want to hear from and I will open my heart center for the highest and best for this reading. Please have an open heart and understanding to receive what your loved ones in spirit desire to communicate to you.

  • Minimum Booking time 48 Hours prior to the reading EST
  • Maximum Booking time 14 Days prior to the reading EST

  • Participant Preference: All Countries
  • Note the time of your reading and be available 5 minutes prior.
  • Check off “In Person” or “Zoom” reading.
  • Check you are over 18 years of age.
  • Make payments in US Dollars ($).
  • Payments are required at booking. Square, Venmo, Zelle, Stripe.
  • Complete your name, email address, date available, and phone number.
  • Familiarize yourself with Zoom whether you use a laptop or cell phone. Please know how to turn on your camera and audio.
  • Note, if you wish, I will record and send you the recording.

Client Agreement

You understand that all mediumship, intuitive, or spiritual services by Paula Rita offered are intended for entertainment, personal insight, and spiritual reflection purposes only and are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Refund Policy

Full payment is required prior to a session. All sessions are Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note EST in relation to your time zone. A refund will not be provided for time zone mistakes.

If you are unable to attend your booked service you may cancel or reschedule the session by using the online booking, or please send an email to paularita1422@gmail.com. For a refund (minus the administration fee), please provide a notice 48 hours before a cancellation.

If you do not show up for your reading you will not receive a refund. I will wait for 15 minutes after the beginning of your scheduled session. After 15 minutes I will end the session and you will need to re-book.

In an unforeseen circumstance or emergency, Paula Rita may reschedule or cancel a session. She will provide you email notice as soon as possible.

I reserve the right to change the date or time of your scheduled session.

Limitation of Liability: By using my services, you agree to absolve me of any liability from use of the information you receive.

Privacy Policy

I am committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and all sensitive data disclosed before and during a reading is treated as highly confidential.

Type of data: name, email, phone number, and cookies.

Purpose: Primarily for scheduling and communicating with you.

Use of cookies: Cookies are essential for the website to function properly, recall your settings, and enhance performance.

Your data and information are stored by Paula Rita and are never passed on, sold or swapped for marketing purposes.

Payment: Payment can be made by Stripe, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. Each have their own Privacy Policy for your protection.

Recording: Recordings are for your personal use only and will not be sold, published, or shared with third parties. Files are stored securely for about one week then permanently deleted. Recording is optional.

Policy Revisions: This policy is effective from March 1st, 2026. Paula Rita may update this policy from time to time.

Age of Consent: By using Paula Rita's services, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age.

Mediumship Services Waiver

By accessing this website, booking and participating in any reading, session, or service provided by Paula Rita, you agree to the following terms and confirm that you have reviewed all required documents.

Mandatory Document Review: Before completing any booking, you must review and electronically acknowledge the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Client Agreement.

Nature of Services: You understand that all services by Paula Rita are intended for entertainment, personal insight, and spiritual reflection purposes only and are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Personal Responsibility: All decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from a session remain your sole responsibility. Paula Rita makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or accuracy.

Voluntary Participation: You voluntarily choose to participate and release, waive, and hold harmless Paula Rita from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in my service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Electronic Acceptance: By checking the acknowledgment box, you agree that your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a handwritten signature.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
